Origami is a sofa and an easy chair with a higher back. Like origami, the Japanese art of folding paper, Tiscar’s easy chair and sofa is characterized by angular sections of straight lines.
Carlos Tiscar is one of Spain’s most renowned designers. Tiscar was trainer as an industrial designer at the Applied Art School in Valencia and the Polytechnic School of Design in Milan. Since 1993 he has got his own design studio in Valencia, where he focuses on designing furniture home and office interiors.
