Tres Chair designed by Emmanuel Carrillo. It’s a prosthetic inspired design. The chair are comfortable and elegant look, this chair has 4 layers of materials :

1. Fibberglass Shell – Carbon Fiber for Fiberglass Lay up
2. Foam – Expanding Foam for Structure.
3. Seat Gromment – 1/4″X1/2″ High Density Weather Stripping.
4. Metal Seat Plan – Waterjet cut and powercoated.

Besides wooden stick legs, easily removable.

The Tres Chair was designed and built in the Summer of 2011 during my junior year at DAAP.
